We also make a fresh pan of Mac EVERY MORNING, and if that wasn't all good enough yes there is bacon and a delicious topping for that final crunch!

Andy, being a blue-collar worker from Wray, we are dedicated to giving back to the cowboys, truck drivers, ranchers, farmers, nurses, teachers and all other tradespeople during their lunch breaks. We aim to create a welcoming modern country atmosphere for our community, where everyone can enjoy delicious bites that are sure to become favorites. Having lived in Wray for most of our lives, we are excited to deepen our roots here and contribute through exceptional food and other means.

Every Tuesday, we will feature a special grab-and-go lunch option. Our team has been tirelessly working to provide you with the best prices and quality, along with a convenient ordering system. Online ordering and scheduled orders – if you want to pre-order breakfast burritos for your crew, we’ve got you covered!

Additionally, our website will include a catering form for your convenience. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. We will also offer party tray pickups, with orders needing to be placed in advance, making it easy for our busy regulars to enjoy our offerings!

Now for the juicy details! We love to make people laugh, and our BBQ team is no exception. While we hope our future customers appreciate our humor, we recognized the need for a more subtle approach in our community. This is how we arrived at the name for our smokehouse. We're RFYP – a BBQ competition team hailing from the great state of Colorado. It all started when our very own Andy entered the Wray King of the Grill, and we've been hooked ever since. (They say that's how it always happens, right?)

Once upon a time a man bought a smoker… told his wife I entered a BBQ contest. She said okay thinking… “This will be a one-time thing”….

Man was she wrong😂 more on that later.

Our team looked a little different the first event being Andy and his good friends by his side. Dusty Simonwho had to go and move away(we are still bitter about this) was his right-hand man helping Andy even know what to do the first time and helping with his box that won!

Matthew Gerhart was also by his side helping the team to victory, and is still an active member of our tribe your sure to see more of him!

We entered this one thinking eh..

Here are some buddies having a good time 🍻, we will see what happens. We had NO idea what we were even getting into. When we heard our team name called and everyone did the silent/awkward chuckle at our name and Tasha was screaming like her way to loud self and proud wife. We ALL knew we were doing this again.

Chapter 2- Vernon Volunteer Fire Department Annual Cook-off 2022

After a successful first attempt, the team – consisting of Matthew, Dusty and Andy – ventured to Veron for another shot at glory and some cold 🍻.

RFYP camped out all night, in probably the best weather we have had yet at the BBQs.

Our early days we had no idea what we were doing, no idea past throw it on the grill and drink some beer. We were absolutely shocked when our name was called for grand champion. As you can tell with sweet Brody passed out on Dusty and those smiles on all the faces.

This was when Andy got a little more serious and started “investing” as he explained to his wife in BBQ equipment. 😂

But I mean look at that smoke ring….
